AutoScout24 WordPress integration for agencies
Plan website licences, client access and a repeatable vehicle catalogue handover across multiple dealerships.
If you manage dealership websites for clients, a repeatable setup matters as much as the first import. Start by separating the commercial website licence from each client’s AutoScout24 account, API permissions and website environment.
Choose licences by website count
Starter covers one WordPress website, Professional covers up to three and Agency covers up to ten. All plans include the core inventory connection. Use the pricing comparison to review support and first-connection assistance. If your portfolio is larger, ask for a separate assessment before buying multiple subscriptions.
Review access for each dealership
Confirm the market, account type and authorised API access for each client. One dealership’s access does not establish another dealership’s eligibility. The client should confirm that their agreement permits displaying their vehicle data and images on the intended domain.
- Record the client’s website and technical contact.
- Review the WordPress theme, page builder and existing vehicle plugins.
- Confirm who controls the AutoScout24 account and its API credentials.
- Arrange credential entry through the authorised administration workflow.
Create a repeatable staging review
Test the connection on a staging copy, review field mappings and compare a sample import with the source. Keep a checklist for image presentation, mobile filters, vehicle details and enquiry links. A configuration that works for one theme may need review on a different client website.
Set expectations for each handover
Document the update schedule, the person responsible for checking failed runs and the route for requesting help. Explain that synchronisation is scheduled and depends on hosting, valid credentials and source API availability. Do not promise immediate updates or reverse publishing unless these have been separately agreed.
Understand what the subscription includes
Plugin updates and support follow the selected plan. Custom theme work, data migration and two-way publishing are separate from the stated subscription scope. After successful payment, Nikola arranges manual plugin delivery and activation by email; there is no instant download.
Compare website licences and support, or send Nikola your website count and project requirements for a compatibility review. Share technical context rather than API keys.
